RK Ecom Academy is an SSM-registered business based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, providing Shopify dropshipping mentorship and education services. Our mentorship programmes are operated by Revinash Kumar and certified mentors under the RK Ecom Academy brand.
We offer two mentorship products:
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay Curlec. We accept FPX online banking, DuitNow, credit/debit cards, Atome (Buy Now Pay Later), GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and bank transfer. All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
For the Group Mentorship, subscription payments are billed monthly. You authorise recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. For the Private Mentorship, payment is a one-time charge unless an instalment arrangement has been agreed in writing.
Group Mentorship subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
Private Mentorship purchases are non-cancellable once the first session has been conducted.
All course content, materials, videos, PDFs, and resources provided through RK Ecom Academy are the intellectual property of RK Ecom Academy. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any content without prior written permission.
Important: Results shared on our website represent individual student experiences and are not guaranteed. Success in Shopify dropshipping depends on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. RK Ecom Academy does not guarantee any specific income or results from participation in our programmes.
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, RK Ecom Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on our course content.
By joining our community or programmes, you agree not to share, resell, or distribute any course materials. You agree to treat other students and mentors with respect. Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the programme without refund.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
